Hi @Sahara
When it comes to property settlements and wills the law can be an ass - but then - at times people are pretty stupid too - so like - ho hum - why the hell go to the expense of writing a complex will only to have someone challenge it? Even I think that's a good question - to have a sound will I mean
When people leave their wealth to charities rather than their children I think that is something to be questioned - but then - it's their business . But if their kids are honest and struggling why should the wealth be sent to the pets home or whatever? It seems really cruel when that happens
Whatever the relationship when it comes to a joint arrangement - that is legal marriage, de facto, gay - or anything else - ratification by law can only last as long as the couple are together - there was a lot of nastiness when my husband decided on divorce for the sake of sharing property - I can hardly believe how nasty it became and I had to be just as nasty to have my rights.
This sort of thing has to be the prime time for the thoughts that lie within to come out - and I guess the same takes place when de facto and gay marriages break up also. There is no time limit
I'm sorry your back aches - and glad the myotherapy helped - I am not sure what that is - I will have to look it up -
I have a complexd state of disorder in my spine - from L2/L3 to L5/S1 I have DDD - degenerative disc disease - and at L4/L5 and L5/S1 I have spinal cord canal stenosis - narrowing of the spinal cord canal - the pain is usually local - right down in the middle of my lower back - but the treatment works as long as I keep to it.
But the day before I left Sydney I took off walking thinking I was heading for the Harbour Bridge - and I got lost - which can be fun - and a taxi driver took me back to Circular Quay and there of course was the Bridge - but I had done the damage and the next day I travelled back to Melbourne starting out with an ordinary amount of pain. By the time I was home it was bad and it would have been easier had the locum doctor go here earlier - waiting 7 hours is ridiculous - I have got to the point of not trusting the locum doctors feeling it's better to wait - but then - it will take a while for my spine to settle after this trip
So yeah - when it comes to my spine and travelling I don't know what to do either - but I still want to travel - and I am not getting any younger. I know this is the flu season but a wait of 7 hours is ridiculous -
But I think I will still travel - I am thinking about my next trip already - it's Darwin or taking a plane to Canberra and a bus to Eden - when it comes to thinking about what to do it's good to have choices
Whatever the plan is - it is always good to have choices
Enjoy your cooking Sahara
