Hi guys Anyone just wanna chat? Share a tea or coffee? I remember there was another thread but it seems to be gone @Faith-and-Hope@utopia@Former-Member@Pepsimax@BlueBay@Owlunar@Mazarita@Former-Member@eth@CheerBear@Phoenix_Rising@Shaz51@Former-Member@Adge@Shaz51@Bimby2@Former-Member@Ney@Sans911@Former-Member@soul@Former-Member@Queenie@patrickT@embers
Doing the small things first always helps in my experience. I feel like keeping things light and easy is essential actually.
I've got a busy week ahead with uni kicking off again. That will be something to put my mind on. Applied for some new jobs too. Guess I am doing all I can? It still doesn't feel enough and it still feels too late (but that's the anxiety I suppose)
How was your day?

Re: Anyone feel like chatting?
..as I said @MDT Im no expert re advice. Sometimes you just have to let things go, or blow over yes Ive been anxious a few times at least today, makes me act, or decide its not worth worrying about . Sure someone has mentioned relaxation stuff? I don't do it anymore but has helped in past, and people reply or don't sometimes everyone has their own 'stuff' or busy or whatever it's ok. Yes my days ok. Feeling crap physically but just doing stuff then break then more stuff. People talk about that a lot on here. Some days I don't have to to stuff. So I just don't. Or I make space just to be on my own and relax .

No need to be embarrsed (lol.. trigger... being embarrased about having a long list of triggers). Does that count?
I still don't think I necessarily find it easy to recognize my triggers whilst they are happening and in really depressive moods or episodes. I have an appointment to discuss with the counsellor at 8am tomorrow.. kinda panicked but we will see. Definitely of my recent state.
It can be hard opening up to people (even the therapist that you know, 'never judges' and it is a 'totally safe environment).. Okay so.. every time I walked into the facility when I used to have a psychiatrist and psychologist (long time ago now.. as they refuse to help me due to my lack of communication) I would straight up have a panic attack as I walked in about the pressure of "talk therapy" -- when I struggled to get out a word. One had to have nurses come out to help me calm down, then I got so bad that an ambulance was called.. and I hadn't even walked into my appointment yet!
But I also hide my emotions a lot when I can, panic attacks are little bit more uncontrollable. So I can definitely understand people not realising that you have a mental illness.Definitely out of fear too, and also because of how I am treated when not composed by my family.
It's crazy how someone can hide. A friend of mine comitted suicide back in 2014, and she was the funest, bubbliest, person you would have ever met.
