..and another time I would have had a different take on it @Faith-and-Hope 😺 Ok lots.. over time maybe. Not all bad re my life/lot. Perceptions/circumstances matter re outcomes @MDT soz for throwing you in there. If you put out 'down' you tend to get that in return. Not trying to be a downer but positive thoughts wearing a smile and persistence count. So does listening to neg self talk. Different outcome tho .. said the old man who has mistake list as long as his arm and growing..lol 😀 Put it out to the Universe and it will recognise that and give back 😀

Ive very very worried @TAB and when this happens the nightmares come. So distractions time it is.

Did you get to rhe hairdresser as well?
I've been trimming my own hair for a while, because I hate making appointments. Also I'm going to have to try another hairdresser .
I trim my daughter's as well, unless she wants a particular style.
Bit of a home day, apart from school drop iff and pick up. Oh and I was a good girl and rang my mother, very briefly to see if she needed anything at the shops, then dropped it over. I think you know a bit of the story how I keep away from family due to huge triggers. Feels bad not helping my mother, so I'm trying to help out in small ways. Leave quick so I don't hear anything about family bas##### 😂
Cooked a roast, usual chores.
Sleep time very very soon. 😴

I know how awful nightmares are. At times I feel to scared to go to sleep.
I leave the bathroom light on all night, I hate the dark. Deep breathing helps.
Soft gentle music can help.
Can you read a nice book for a while?
