Yes well sure niggtmares not a dead cert pre bed but know the feeling esp if had few prev nights @outlander. I don't dream that often prob due to self medication . I do get some doozies when bad ones tho re dreams. All forgotten within few hrs of waking tho

@Former-Member Im starting to wear down too but the fear of sleep is still there. Ive got the hallway light on which leads to my room amd ive always got it like that. Im too tired to read. Tired enough to be asleep butheld back atm so abit more chatting. Ive got my headphones in as well so its not too quiet How have you been?

Its really quite annoying @TAB not only do people not just me but others too have to face demons of the day and night. In what seems a never ending cycle. I wake in a panic attack so it takes me ages to go back to sleep and then the nightmare will haunt me through the day as well
