@Faith-and-Hope yeah i agree.

I guess I meant that in the real world it can be hard because people try to find a reason why I'm depressed or anxious.

Because i can speak well, write clearly and wear clothes that match they think I'm okay. It's really annoying and I just give up trying tk explain it.

I understand ..... but wanting to fix things for you can be a show of compassion .... it's just that it can also register as a lack of validation too, and they can't see that part ..... and if there was such an easy fix, you wouldn't be struggling.

There is a reason for the saying, "Nothing teaches like experience" .....

Still waking up here @Former-Member at least am out of bed. So many aches, one takes mind of the others they take turns lol . Jumping into hot bath yes epsom salts, then 15min walk to shops . Haircut, chemist, PO to see if any frivolous ebay purchases have turned up lol. Can't see getting much else done today.

I know the aches and pains very well. It's not nice at all.

If I didn't do yoga/pilates every/most days, I'd be in agony. I don't do it for long. The stretching in the shower under really hot water, works wonders for me.

Hope the Epsom salts bath helps you.

Please get a hair cut for me while you're there, oh, and some foils too. lol

I'm off now too.

I'll give you foils @Former-Member 😜 Lol haircut time is 10mm long, so back to number .5 didn't know they had less than 1 til recently lol. Yeah re bath sure its relaxing but tried my butt against wall legs up wall staple thingo other day after lots hot baths prev and back was still really tight.. so bath no be all and end all. Nice tho. Did your upper back pilates thing last night and do do very basic stretches ev day touch toes, squat, arms up, arms out front, fingers together palms out plus tricep stretch and holding ankle behind butt ie quads. Been massaging legs and forearms but think need massage prof again Im not ontop of it with what am doing, forearms elbows getting worse not better About to get walking 🚶 lol 1 foot in front of other as recall lol 😺
