Re: Anyone feel like chatting?

It's repeated once or twice during the week.Still watching it, triggered me a fair bit @outlander,my own thoughts, she felt she wasn't good enough and I***** off a bridge I think Brisbane, years ago she survived with fractured vertebrae and now works for lifeline and is a career coach. When she said she prided herself on being successful at work that's what I was like. She had a two year old at the time.

The psychiatrist of hers sounded good she had been to him prior but said she had no SC ideation before that.He said like we know SC comes and passes like waves and we need someone else to think of thoughts when we have SC thoughts or in that "danger zone", because our cognition processes is narrowing our perspective etc on life.

Yes @Queenie,just said to @outlander,it triggered me, understand. It hit very close to home for me.Had to get the Ambos to get my mother off the floor this morning....I don't have good thoughts and wonder if a day comes, they will come to the house for me.Understand completely the triggers.

I really like that program @Former-Member. So many interesting people. I watched one the other week about a father who took his autistic son to Africa for six months to get him out of his comfort zone. The change was quite dramatic.

Re: Anyone feel like chatting?

I'm alright today @outlander been asleep due to weather, can't think of anything, worried past few days, have your moments where you feel you need hospital when you get distressed or lose hope.As I just said to Queenie,I have awful premonitions sometimes due to the depressed state.Mother is OK,she's overweight and I can't lift her and she can no longer help so I have to get the Ambos.
@soul yes they do have good stories that are real and told well because it's actual life and everyday people.
