hey @outlander hope you are better given the rough few days you have had!

I'm not bad. Just busy with uni and tutoring I guess. Really tired at the moment. I think my anxieties are on the rise again tbh so I need to keep my thoughts in check... such an exhausting thing tbh

Yeah it's been a bit tough coming off meds but I think I'm ready to do it.

My psych told me to take one whenever I feel down enough to. He also said that no amount of medication in the world will help (so idk if that's good or bad? guess it depends how i look at it?)

I find that I'm always feeling anxious about being alone. I don't know why. Losing friends really hasn't helped. It just undermines my self esteem and confidence. But I'm slowly finding it again by grounding it in other things.

It's helped having uni start back too i suppose. I find I have things to focus on that way. Also joined a political party because i figured I might as well lol. They thought I was keen for a career in politics but I don't know about that. I just find it interesting and I know what my convictions are.
