Good evening everybody, I have eagled today, have you? I can see how super excited you are about your next baby goat @soul. You do get to keep the boot...and you also get to keep the shoe that this one comes with today!

Yay for eagling @Ant7! I'm super glad you have found a new yoga place. I can imagine how difficult it would be to go somewhere new. Heck, I don't even want to try other classes in the place I go to. I super like the teacher and I really don't want to suss out anyone else. I don't do change well at all. Anyway, here is a baby goat for you.

Only three more days of get-a-baby-goat week. @soul I don't think there is going to be a motivational prize-giving every week. I won't say never again...but not for a little while. Raising all these baby goats in my little suburban villa is quite the adventure. I can't believe I let @Former-Member put these sorts of ideas in my head!

Do you have any thoughts about a pose for next week @Ant7 or @soul???

Just when I thought you couldn't come up with cuter goats, you have outdone yourself @Phoenix_Rising. I may use the boot and shoe to grow plants in. I keep walking past my Yoga place to see if they have made progress on their renovations. It's hard to see but online I can start booking for next week so that's a promising sign.

As for next week, in our Yin classes we often do a pose called Sleeping Swan also known as Pigeon Pose. Otherwise, one of my favourite ones to do especially if we have been working hard is the Child's Pose. You pick @Phoenix_Rising.

I have enjoyed collecting baby goats - my dog hasn't really embraced the gesture. She is very jealous.

@soul I super hope you can get back to your newly renovated yoga place soon. I wonder if they will put mirrors in. My place has mirrors. It is a little disconcerting, but I think it is actually helpful too.

We have never done pigeon pose but I saw it when I was browsing that website the other day and I thought it looked cool so that could be a good one for next week. I super like child's pose too. Maybe we can do that one the week after.

@Sans911 I'm glad our quirky yoga group makes you smile. I will be super excited if you choose to have a go in joining us sometime.

I eagled before my shower tonight @Phoenix_Rising. I was thinking that my last Studio yoga session was a week ago. Back to the routine on Monday. Must book online for the class. Yippee.

Wonder if their marketing people have ever considered a baby goat promotion 🐐
