Something’s not right

-Enigma-

I have given up now - no one can say it was not without a fight. But then no one on heaven and earth would give a damn anyway. I gave from the heart and it was a joy to help others. I felt such peace with that. I never did it for anything in return ever, I did it because I truly cared and felt so much genuine compassion towards others. I was promised dreams and peace would come true even though I never asked. It felt so good to know I made someone's lives a bit better.

Why is it that people like me are then faced with so much heartache, injustice, trauma and adversity that seeks to do everything in its power to destroy that good, to take the little good and peace I had, to utterly destroy me. Why?

I had always been there when possible others times of need - now that I truly need someone I have been all but abandoned by those I knew and those in the spirit. I realise now everything was a lie and feel utterless helpless and lost. I have lost everything and don't see the point in being here. I hope I don't wake up to another day of despair.

Thank you @outlander. Yes, am getting excited but also feeling for my friend who is grieving. Still can't believe her husband and my dear friend is gone. Takes a bit to sink in, feels surreal.

Daughter has made a change for the better. She did get her new car and I was quite surprised to how well it looked and runs for the price. She did well there. Hope you overcame the problems you had with your car awhile back.

Boy that drone is noisey, we are lucky - we have the most beautiful, sunny windless day here for it. Just perfect. Should turn out good. Then at 5:00 they are taking twilight photos of the house, pool, surrounds etc. On Monday they are taking indoor pictures - then putting the whole package together to put the house officially on the market. We may have our first open day next weekend. Won't have time to scratch myself. Hope the good weather keeps up as it helps. It's like spring weather here. Much love my friend 💖😀xx

You need to grieve yourself too @Former-Member he was your best friend too ❤

Its is really good to hear about your daughter esp since the path she was on wasnt a good one.

Wow super exciting! This weeks almost over so an open house next week is both scary and exciting. Good luck with it all😊😘❣💜💗💙❤

Wow @Former-Member It sounds like you are moving from one impressive home to another. I hope you are happy in your new place.

It is such good news about your daughter learning to pull her weight.

It is odd the way people do come and go from the forum. I guess the reasons vary. I dont know if there is a level of use that is unproductive or whether @Bella3 left because she really had no choice and is flat out with her daughter. They had serious issues to face.

Thank you @Appleblossom@outlander

You all would of had a good laugh if you were here. I was in the midst of lying on my bed typing away on my iPad, when I heard some footsteps up the stairs heading straight towards my room. I thought it was my husband.......ooops it was the young drone man 😲. We both took a jump back at the same time lol 😵. I wasn't expecting anyone to come inside. He didn't realise I was inside (husband was outside with real estate agent).

It was a minty moment 😨

He shook my hand whilst I was still lying in shock 😬. He apologised, I made light of it - but so embarrassing and funny at the same time. He came in to adjust our plantation shutters for a better shot outside. He was cute too 😜. A moment we both won't forget in a hurry 😂

My daughter is learning to stand on her own two feet @Appleblossom - something I had been pushing for and although she has a road to go she has stabilised and isn't as self destructive at all. She is motivated which is great. She is also starting to mix with nicer people, so things are looking positive. How is your son going? I think of you both xx

Re: -Enigma-

Both got a shock I think @outlander 😲😐😂. My husband said no one would come inside.....famous last words 🤷‍♀️

I will have a house full on Monday taking inside pics. Then the open houses. I will be relieved once it's sold and life can get back to normal, but it will be all worth it.

Myself and hubby receive an email message from the chairperson (lady) of the community centre where we volunteer. She said there was a big get together of community centres and the people who frequent them. One woman in her thirties came up to her and said that the Foodcare charity shop and the people there (myself, hubby and a couple of others) were very kind and friendly to her. She then went on to say that "saved her life".

When there is feedback like that it makes me realise that what I do there is worth it and that maybe there is a purpose to all that has unfolded in my life. Maybe there is a purpose to mine and all the suffering I endured. Brought some good out of it. Feels good. Makes this journey worthwhile. ❤️

Re: -Enigma-

Thank you my sweet - you have a lovely, caring heart. Don't lose it or you. Too easy sometimes in this cold world to do when there is so much selfishness.....but that little bit of warm light and the good, genuine people in it keeps it turning in my eyes. Thanks to them it's not a living hell.

Thanks @outlander for being part of that warm light 😘
