I am a postcard queen @soul .... hehehe ..... I figure the professional photographers can represent the country I am travelling in way better than I can ..... but I do send the phone photos too ..... which tend to be taken with an arty-Bohemian eye ..... so people receive photos of a crystal chandelier through a window ..... or the balcony balestrade covered in snow ...... or the shadow of the wrought iron balcony railing on the wall of the hotel room reflected by the moonlight ..... or cobblestones ..... lol .....

Have been busy trying to make my house 'normal' - and a friend popped in for coffee, borrow something & we had a good long chat about everything. Of cause, re moving, she thinks I should have got out here (sold up) a long time ago. Laying down a bit to unspasm the back 💜💕

Thanks @soul for lovely little bird pics, yes its good my son hasn't wiped me like my sister, and big bro and so many friends (maybe I do have that personality disorder, or 2 heads, so over trying to figure it out). Tou know, fighting intense suicidal thoughts / urges for years (in the throws of grief and isolation & preexisting MI) I convinced myself my son was better off without me, and so did his friends and counsellors I hear now, But oh i needed family & connection and it was torturous to feel so unloved in all that. Nobody but professionals fought for me, and they were on the clock & paid. Talk about feeding the SI. One of the only reasons I could think I was still alive is that God has something left for me to do - my small brain figures its probably something to do with my son, no matter how small - pivatol for him. Losing his sister was hard on him and he battled depressionm But his recent loss of a sweetheart (breakeup) has given him a new appreciation for family roots, even as inadequate as we are. Reality! I'm so glad I can reinforce what I've finally learned - be kind to yourself!! Told me recently he realised he hated himself (which blows me away, he's amazing) but hes learning how counterproductive that is. Yay! Happy dance.

Yes @Faith-and-Hope, I asked him to sent me a postcard, if he can, he jokingly said "what's that?" So I said, oh well, just do fb & I'll check in there, but he prattled on about not having WiFi... so I gathered from that that he's planning to totally cut loose, live in the moment and tell me all about it when he gets back. He said. And that's fine, its only 10 days and he's sensible 27yo grownup now, and with a good friend. I encouraged him ++ to fulfill his dream to travel. ✈

No stove or bread & butter makes it hard to eat, cant deal with shopping atm, but just did microwave scrambled egg, that will have to do. Have my crock pot and frozen soup stockpile at least. Feeling guilty I spent so much on the birds. Do need to go into town find an electric frypan. Just have to change my thinking 🌷🌿🐦

Baby steps @Former-Member ..... you've got food for today, so maybe bunker down. You might have the energy to go find the electric frypan on Monday.

I am headaches again today .... feels like a detox headache ..... low energy .....

We sorta have to go with the flow ......
