Thanks @soul, @Maggie, animals know when you are upset or stressed.Yes I slept with two calmatives, but I could go back to bed and would like to close my eyes for good, that's how great I feel.Went to my job provider yesterday I need to get more jobs which I cannot find and she gave me a report to read on an assessment. One if the barriers to employment was "motivation".I was really insulted by this comment because it was obvious it was a cover up for "dole bludger",.And I don't lack motivation,I have a mental illness, which makes you feel hopelessness. For someone who once had a high work ethic, lost a lot of weight in my lifetime, used to get up and do 8 kilometers before work at 430 in the morning I was really insulted by this comment.I rang centrelink,to put a complaint in as I was led to believe it was from a phone assessment last year.I found out it was from the last medical certificate I had in January from a doctor where I saw my psychologist. She accused me of "doctor shopping"that day which I came home feeling worse. That made me make the decision to not seek any more help or go back there because of the way I was made to feel.
I rang that doctor surgery yesterday and spoke to the Manager,I'm emailing my complaint when I am calm enough over the weekend.I do recall seeing "motivation",on the medical certificate. That day I was in such a state from the doctor, the heat, and I was sweating profusely due to not knowing I needed a iron infusion.
It's hard to have self worth when you are in my shoes and like yesterday judgements of you are reflected back at you.
And that doctor's surgery has "We are a non-judgemental practice!".Going on the monitor in the waiting room.If only they practiced it.
Hope everyone else has a nice day.

Oh @Former-Member thats awful. I feel for you. MI is so mistreated and misunderstood. Do you have a social worker who might be able to speak up for you when you can't? Anyway @Former-Member sending warm thoughts your way.

I don't believe in no one @Maggie,after nearly five years of counseling , making changes to my life which were devastating .Your life is a open book for nothing. That day at the Drs was just the last page to finish in a book which wasn't worth reading.Thats why I struggle on my own because it made my life nothing more than a joke.
Thanks @Ant7 for kind thoughts as well .To you both.🌹

Oh @Former-Member - no wonder you were feeling stressed and couldn't sleep. That is truly awful how you were treated. Please know that you are worth far more than that.
It's hard to have faith in a system and so called "professionals" who are anything but that. I was messed around too with miscommunication between my GP and psych and after five phone calls and two visits trying to sort it out, I gave up and came to the conclusion that I was on my own. Being stuffed around certainly doesn't do anything to improve an already fragile state of mind.
Maybe I will seek help further down the track. Sometimes I wish I could just pour my heart out and tell it like it is. What I really feel, what happened to me. Can't do that here because of guidelines and I respect that. I don't want to burden the little remaining family I have or shock my friends who are oblivious to my situation. I think people never look at you or treat you the same once you divulge something of that magnitude unless they have walked in your shoes.
So we try to do the best we can and hope that today is a good day and the one after and the one after that. The alternative is just tragic.
