Morning @Bimby,and everyone else @soul ,in reference to my post yesterday yes that workplace I worked in for over 20 years got me down force long time, but the bullying a day before my fortieth finished me.I was so distressed that night, that was the start of the finish for me .I spent a week in bed from being stress, unable to hold my head up and when I told the Manager, who was known as a idiot, and packed skills in conflict resolution he blamed me.I never was in any trouble there for that time, was known for not missing a day's work. For a long time the atmosphere in that workplace affected me,no one talked and I had to avoid going to different workplace areas because people were difficult etc.It affected me badly. They sent a gift voucher for the local kitchen shop as a collection I always put in when someone left.I sent it back I was too disgusted and thought it was inappropriate/hypercritical due to the atmosphere I experienced and packed of support and basically it was a joke. The tension in there and home stresses I allowed to self destruct.
Sorry I didn't get back to @outlander yesterday and @Ant7,the wind changed pretty quick yesterday to the direction of Hopelessness. It is hard to be positive when you lack control over your life.

Hi @Former-Member - we shouldn't be awake at this time worrying about stuff. Can't sleep. Hard to when confusing thoughts are swirling through your head.

Thought I was the only mad one @soul,letting my cats out for toilet,I took calmative and went to sleep early, didn't get up to brush teeth til now which makes me feel worse because it's a sign of self neglect to me due to my state.Didnt have a good day yesterday.Hard to believe I'm going to be "OK",when everything in life indicates I won't.

Yesterday is in the past. Today is a brand new one @Former-Member. It will be the same, better or worse. But worrying about it achieves nothing. Just breathe and let that feeling pass. Acknowledge that it is just a feeling and try to find something to be grateful for.
Do you have any plans for the weekend? Something you can focus on that may bring you joy?

My dog has sensed that I am restless and has jumped up on the bed to be with me. What a precious thing. Hope you get some sleep @Former-Member
