I do understand what you mean as I too am usually intuitive when it comes to others character - it wouldn't give adequate results if you are not comfortable with the assessor as that anxiety will effect your concentration and not give the right results. I agree in that case it just wouldn't be productive. I think it's good if you mention this and the problems you would have, explaining it as above to the necessary medical professionals you are under and then I am sure another option will be made available to you. Don't worry my friend, it will all be sorted and work out. Promise.
Glad you feel better tonight. Do you feel your memory has actually become worse or your anxiety is becoming somewhat worse? The catch 22 is that anxiety issues can effect memory badly as well. It can become confusing. It's also understandable when the hormones are fluctuating madly at these times in our lives. I sympathise as the anxiety they cause can be maddening for awhile. And it can also cause temporary memory loss. So please don't feel inadequate as it's perfectly understandable. Are you on any hormone treatment now?
The whole situation must be making you worry as you are feeling a loss of control over your memory. The flip side is that you are in good hands and have the support of the hospital which would be comforting. These things can take some times to sort themselves out but I promise you in time they will and your body will heal and adjust. The best in life lyes before you. It's hard when we have to struggle with things like this alone which can be frightening. I understand and wish I could do more.
Easier said than done I know, but try and not worry as that's will make your anxiety and memory worse. Just live for the day and do your best in it and the rest will sort itself out. I promise. And try and keep connected with others and activities like your volunteer work etc during the day. All this will help make you feel better and aid towards healing. One step at a time without thinking about tomorrow...Are you still doing the volunteering?
Thanks for thinking of me. I have been struggling with health issues too, concern over my husband's health and concern for my daughter's lifestyle. My best friend was just diagnosed with renal cancer. So as usual the stress is still there, but I have my better days and enjoy the peaceful ones. My husband has been a good support and my daughter is a lot calmer and more reasonable than she was. So there are some positives. I just need to be more patient and positive. I struggle abit with disillusionment at times. I think since I have'nt been doing my volunteer work I have had too much time to think and am out of sorts. Should be better once I throw myself into those activities again.
Arh such is life my friend, the trials and tribulations - but there's the good days and happy moments, the love that makes it all worthwhile. Life is so precious and way too short. I don't like wasting it and feel I have been a bit sedentary lately feeling low and plan on working on it. Actually I have been very low.
There is a new movie out called "The Shack" that suppose to be an interesting feel good movie. So I might take hubby out for a meal and to see it Monday. Any plans for the week? 💕🤗xx
