Re: when is it time for hospital

I havent updated todays events really except that i am home and picking up weird vibes from my mother @oceangirl and its making me really tense to the point even my jaws tight and making me feel uncomfortable
I have a feeling shes (my mother) angry at me and its like an explosion waiting to happen. That will prob be tomorrow if i go on meds but i dont think its a good idea.
I feel if i even do one thing its going to set it off and shes gotten protective over a few things too

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander I truly feel for you. Sorry my memory not the best of keeping track of what is happening, I probably do remember but I worry that I will forgot information. Not that I don't care just that I am struggling with that myself atm. It really does upset me. Back to you my friend- you are an adult @outlander- it is your choice what medical treatment you seek, and also the management of your condition. I think you have other issues in play for you too and the home environment and the responsibilities you have. Btw you are not responsible for your younger siblings your mother is, and your middle sister is not responsble for the little one. You have the right to privavcy too- its time you put you first and your health and its time your mother to take responsibility for her children, its nice that you would help out from time to time but not everyday. I hope nothing I have said as upset you, I am just trying to look out for you.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Your mother's vibes might be totally unrelated to you. Its awful that you are conditioned to automatically presume you've done something wrong when she is upset. Feel for you. Pull back, or take the bull by the horns and ask ya mum if you can talk. It might work. She sounds like she's in t coping too well, but that's for her to sort out. What have you filled you time in with to light @outlander. Oh, just realised its 1am haha, hope you're asleep. Be kind to yourself, deep breaths 🌷🌿

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hello @outlander I've watched dvds much later than I realized (I really like the show with your name!) I hope your sleeping right now 🙂 I wouldn't imagine things at home would feel the same or even particularly good at the moment, both you and your Mum (and your whole family) are in turmoil right now. I'm also guessing you haven't had the medications your body has gotten a balance for in the past months and think that may be making you feel different too. The way things were, it wasn't good and although it may not feel good now, things have changed and not all change is bad.

Sending you mountains of love, Good night outlander (I'm always going to think of the show now and associate you with that actress! - hope you don't mind) Peace be with you XxX

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander I have read through your thread a lot and can see we have way too much in common! My family, Mum most definitely - aren't very understanding or helpful when it comes it my mental health. They always get aggressive and punish me & then take away all my communications to the world when I get in a very bad mental space. I have had my Mum giving me the silent treatments for weeks - and not even visiting me whilst I was medically in hospital after a suicide attempt where I was told that I was going to potentially die. I always get scared and feel as though I can't talk to my family as I am afraid of them acting out on me, or being even more unhelpful (which none of us need) to the point of my mental stability getting even worse!

I definitely understand ❣ My thoughts are sent your way

Re: when is it time for hospital

Good Morning @outlander

I hope you got peaceful sleep last night. I've been thinking about that show Outlander, and although I bet you don't look anything like her; she's beautiful, she's strong, she's brave and I think all those things are you! I also think the story line could be interpreted into your situation. When you touched the Doctors door handle, it was like when she touched the middle stone; but instead of being throw back into the past, you've been thrown into a different reality. Maybe you've just got to touch the right Doctors door handle, though I don't think you'll ever go back to where you were - I think you'll got to somewhere better 🙂

Love you Outlander, thinking of you, caring about you XxX
