@outlander Hi dont worry about the personality disorder thing I have one but it is just something to be aware of it doesnt define you though. i am sorry you dont get along with the psych though that sucks can you do something to distract yourself right now that is like self soothing in a way to help calm down? or do you want to talk more about what is going on for you?

@outlander ahh ok sorry i misunderstood. i am sorry that all has happened psychs are not supposed to disclose information without consent if you are over 18 (i dont like to assume your age) so that was very wrong of them if that is the case. maybe do you have a mobile phone? because if that is yours and only you answer it i would suggets giving psychs only the number for your mobile that is what i do i would never give out my home phone in case they called and the wrong person answered. can you go for a short walk to clear your head maybe? sorry if i am no help.

Hi @outlander
To start off with - your mother's boyfriend is not your freaking step-father - he's just some random guy your mother is stuffing around with - he has no authority in your life.
I don't care if he is living in your house or not - he hasn't bothered to marry your mother - and still - you are of legal age and no one seems to be seeing this
And your mother is not giving you the love or support you need - in fact - the opposite - she's darn cruel
Take that appointment with the male doctor - I know you don't like to deal with men so tell him that you have been abused and see - he might really care about this
And as I have said - go to Centrelink for help - or the Salvation Army or even the police - there are kids like you often and if I were in your place - I would not go home - it is not against the law to not go home at your age
But be responsible - find somewhere - you home is a bad place for you and having people not respect not using that phone number - uh uh - no way - that's wrong
I am not going to keep repeating myself unless I copy my message - I am on your side and you have to help yourself - stop being afraid - you can be scared but still act
I know this is hard - and it won't get any easier - but I am here - so please - act on your own behalf knowing there are a bunch of people here knowing how hard it is for you
My son lived on the streets for long periods of time - living rough - it's a harsh life - I don't want you to do that - but there are people who will help - I know this from experience
This is so unfair
Lots more hugs
Dec
There's something called Tough Love - this might seem like a serve of it - but people who use Tough Love properly really care about you.❤💛💙
