Dear @outlander

Please do not blame yourself for opening up and beat yourself that you should have stayed quiet. It is an important step in recovery to do this frightening step and I am so sorry that it hasn't been easy. In no way have I gone through what you are going through at the moment, as for a start I have left home decades ago, so don't have to deal with my family. But it has been a roller coaster to find the right meds, to find the right medical team. I'm not gonna lie to you, it is not easy, but you are brave for speaking up and over time you will find people who can help you. Please stay strong and please use this platform for support and call the helpline here. It is really important not to give up, as there will be a time when you're glad that you opened pandora's box. My life is not all happy, nobody's is, but I think it has started to become more meaningful.

Take good care my friend.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Good Morning @outlander

I really hope this week goes fast for you too, but I imagine it may feel like it goes a lot slower. But whether it goes by in a flash or a blur, it will go by 🙂 Saying something has turned out to be very stressful, but I think it was very neccessary . . . and very brave! You say it's your fault, I think it's your achievement, and you have no-one else but you to Thank for it. If you find the medications help you Outlander, I think it's important that you take them. Perhaps if you let your Doctor know that you fear your family will throw them away, they might have some advice for you. Family are not neccesarily 'there' for you, they are people just like you and me, and have individual brain processes of there own. Perhaps it's time to find a more permanent living arrangement, at least until you balance your medications right. You are an adult, I believe if anyone throws away anything that belongs to you, against your will, they are breaking the law.

So glad you liked the pic 😄 Lots of love and hugs to you

Hi @outlander

It's not at all possible for this to be all your fault - it's just one of those mysterious facts of life that some families are dysfunctional and you didn't cause that - you only opened Pandora's Box which had to happen sometime

And last weekend was the time - and how brave you have to be -

But please continue - your mother thinks you are psychotic - or she said that - if she has this idea then you can say you need this checked out

But really - you don't have to say anything

This is so hard for you -

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander I'm sorry your so confused Maybe blurting your confusion out here may help? I have to go now, I have dramas with my connection. I think due to the weather, but also, I know whenever I have to charge my modem it causes problems. I've stopped charging it long enough to get back on as I felt I hadn't finished. Perhaps @Owlunar is still about? You know there will be someone here for you, and I will get back on when I can (it takes some hours for it to charge properly, I'd probably have some young tech person tell me it's archaic - it seems when technology gets to 12 months old it's a has been!)

Keep going Outlander, keep doing the best for you
