@outlander I wake screaming a lot when too stressed. I have dreams where I'm lost in a new City or Country with no phone numbers I can ring & no address I know to go to & I don't know anyone. Yet I'm always trying to find my family. I hate it & the dream repeats itself over & over again when I'm overloaded & stressed? 😞

Aww @Former-Member im sorry. I often wonder why we have stupid dreams. They scare and disturb us for no reason. Hugs ❤❤
I cant stop shaking and my chest hurts and i feel yuk and it feels like im teying to crawl out of t own skin and i cant breathe and its taking me @Sans911
