@outlander<br>I had to cancel my Doc today, weather change here big time. Much needed rain &amp; is sort of cold.<br>This sudden change has messed up my body damage. Even my fingers are aching at the moment while I type. I will take extra pain meds in 2 hours, too soon to take any now.<br>I will be able to draw in few hours, ok?<br>I may try &amp; sleep, I have tablets to help me sleep. Just take a quarter of 1 tab that will relax me. My head is aching across my sinuses will take Forte Antibiotic with a dry biscuit now. I can not eat properly with all this overload. I lost 5 k.l.s in a few weeks from just drinking vegie broth, &amp; green tea, fruit, plus vitamins.<br>I wasn't over weight, now if I keep this up I will be.<br>I need to do strength training exercise, to tone up from weight loss.<br>I will go off line now &amp; come back in 2 hours after I rest, ok?<br>Luv U heaps!<br>(((((((outlander)))) XX<br><br>Bella! 🙂

I cant sleep sis the flashbacks- i dont even know if youd call them that- are really getting to me.
Im laying here in bed and i get diffetent things like seeing a shadow of a dog fo across the room or a loyd scream or a smell will come up. I know when im like this if i sleep ill have nightmares but i cant get rid of them
