ok so now......
i was having a good morning......then......
my hubby got home and his in a sh*t of a mood around me and the kids. i cant handle it. i just cant do it. i cant be around them. i just want to be by myself. i dont want to be around anyone.
this happens almost every day and i just cant handle it anymore. time to take more meds i think. i cant be here in this fk up world @Bunniekins

@Bubbles3 I feel for you having a young family is so stressful and you have alot on your plate. Can you get out by yourself for awhile have some girl time ... can you go to a room and shut and bolt the door!

@Bubbles3 when I was really miserable with small kids I learnt how to ride a motorbike! I would say to hubby I am off for 1/2 hour and I would scream around the neighbourhood! that is what I would do to let off steam. Not that I am suggesting you follow my example but if you could find a hobby that trust me would really help.
