I read abit on another thread but if you dont we can just sit here. I probably dont have any words thatll help but i can offer hugs. My lil sis hugs seem to have a good effect and you can have as many of those as you like. You mean alot to me ❤❤

I dont know how to keep going anymore. I know giving up isnt a usual triat of mine but its becoming a trait. I think ill just stay down this time
I hope one day things will be better for you. You deserve to live a happy life. Youve helped im sure millions of people already becaue its not just patients its their families and friends as well and also people here too. You deserve to bave the same care back ❤❤

If you're having to wait out the weekend to see your psych on Monday @outlander, then maybe spend time in the library tomorrow, drawing ? Piece together a day as if you were on a weekend holiday, being a tourist in your own town, same for Sunday .... pack a picnic for yourself and do for yourself what you might do for a friend to look after them when they are down....
It doesn't solve everything, but it is being pro-active to try to make the best of a not-good situation.

@outlandersometimes hun, when hope has gone, like now, you just got to ride it out until it comes back again. I don't like the word hope, so I say I am going to stay curious about what's in store for me next. That next might in 5 mins, 5 hours, or 5days. I just have to keep going forward until then. There are times when I really can't be bothered. When I am truly done. But I just keep going forward, a tiny bit at a time. Don't expect too much. Just expect enough to get you through now.
