Having consistent and reasonable boundaries
If she wants you look after the kids when she goes out she asks you if it's okay with you first righ - and she will accept it if you say it's not convenient - right?

It's perfectable reasonable - your life is far from normal - can I ask when this repression started?
Has it been like this as long as you can remember or did it start at some time after you left school?

Yes - The control your mother has over you and the fear she has created in you - whatever she has done to make you so afraid of her that you find it hard if not impossible for you to make your point with her
All the that stuff that confuses you

Hello Claire
@outlander ![]()
Just popped in to check, I see you've gone back home and I don't read anything about yelling and screaming or anything bad . . . that's a good thing. I hope it stays like that for the night ![]()
I think Dec was just asking how long have you been the main carer for your Sisters {which you shouldn't be}?
It might be a little hard for you to sleep tonight, so I'll try and pop back in later and tuck you in 🙂
Love you Claire ![]()

oh ok hmm well its been like this for as long as i can remember however i put alot of these responsibilitiesupon my self to start with. during my absive years that was my way of protecting the people around me. so i watched them and took care of them. the same when i was alot younger and witnessed DV i took it upon myself to care for those who were around me.
so i guess alot of this i have only myself to blame.
@Owlunar@Former-Member
if you put it the other way you jsut explained it. its really only gotten alot worse since i was diagnosed with a mental illness and that i was to blame for having one. it got even worse when my first hospital admission was done

More than that @Former-Member@outlander
It's more like mind-control - so Outlander doesn't feel as if she counts or is important or even loved
This happened sometime - maybe a long time ago
