Thanks @outlander ......

Is there some way you can know when your mum and her family will be at home, and when they will be out ?

Re: when is it time for hospital

I was closer to home than i thought. Traffic flow was better coming home than downward.

I got home and dropped stuff off and got out of there. I have my phone wallet and charger for car already in car.

They were all at home excerpt kids. They didnt day anything but as i was wlaking out fown our ramp (wherlchair access frm my nan and eventually pop) he yelled out are we (them) getting the kids i yelled yep and got in the car and took off quick.

My anxiety is bad and i cant stop shaking and ive got that panicy feeling with the closed off throat

I need to get out

Hi @Faith and Hope, hope you are ok.
@outlander, haven't caught up on what's going on or why you are on the run.Just try and keep some perspective on the situation because you are like me with chaos in your head which can distort your view on things.

Well done @outlander ......

Work out your next moves with your psych. She will be able to see further and more clearly than you can ..... you are best to lean on support in the decisions you need to make Hon ...... bounce your ideas off more experienced people, like your counsellor.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hi @outlander

I hear what you are saying about the bf but it still seems strange - have they set a wedding date or done anything about moving out? And you don't have to answer that - just asking if there are any plans in place so you might have an idea of how long this is likely to go on

It's a good idea - I think it was @Former-Member - to go home and grab some things - but I also know you are feeling freaky about going there and I understand

Keep replacing the sweat with water - if you feel as if you could manage some salt crackers that would be good to help you keep the water in - it balances your electrolytes

This is such a rotten situation for you - but you have started now and my opinion is that it's a good idea to keep going

All the best today and I hope you can find somewhere else to go for tonight - it seems that it would be good idea for you to keep away from your mother and him for the time being if it is at all possible
