@outlander - I’m concerned that you are struggling so much and that you have cancelled the appointments that may have been helpful for you to see a way forward.
I’m looking at the title of your thread and wonder if you need another hospital stay - one that is longer where services come to you and not the other way around, where you don’t have the current responsibilities that are bogging you down, where sustained positive changes can be made.
From my observation, your depressive episodes are becoming more and more frequent. I worry for your wellbeing - both your physical and mental health.
You need to be taken care of right now and we can only do so much. I remember a girl who used to have some joy in her life and I don’t see her now 😥

Sorry @outlander i wasn't there before I've just caught up on what you wrote.
I have to agree with @soul I think you need to seriously consider going to hospital. You are going to feel extremely overwhelmed and frustrated but I am extremely concerned that you have cancelled all of your appointments and have left yourself with no support face to face.
Can you drive yourself tonight somewhere @outlander?
At the end of the day it is your decision, I just care about you Hun and want what is best for you. 💕💕💕💕

I know scary isnt it @CheerBear but I have no idea how to get around al of this. A lot of this was said outloud as well whih made it even more a reality than just thinking about it and not really being too worried but outloud. Thats another story. One that I will never do again.

I too am worried about the cancelled appointments, @outlander. That’s a big list of things to be contending with and I think having some (real-life) support to face it all is a good idea. Is there anyway you can reinstate your appointments? Maybe even just one, with your psychologist perhaps, so you have at least some support?
On the topic of hospital, I just wanted to add that presenting at Emergency doesn’t necessarily mean an admission. When we’re not feeling safe, it can help to have someone sit with us; however, we don’t all have that option (myself included). But if we’re not feeling safe, we can go to hospital—even if it just means being somewhere safe for a few hours while the worst of those really big feelings pass. Just something to keep in mind if you’re feeling like you can’t keep yourself safe at any point.
You need to do what’s right for you, but please try to allow yourself some of the compassion you show for others here. I know it’s easier said than done, but you deserve compassion and you deserve help. 💚

Ok @Former-Member@Former-Member@soul
ill log into my account and make an appointment to see my gp whenever I can get into see her. I dont find the gp helps with mental health but I suppose I should be getting sutures checked every few days. The pscyhologist ill msgs as shes home based so not sure if she will get back to me tonight but she works on a sunday thats when I was suppose to go see here but cancelled.
I dont think hospital is going to help me this time. It my whole life thats needs to change not just a few days. Going to hospital helps for the first few days but after that I just go back to the old routines.
I am safe in the physical sense. My mind is just going haywire and this time I dont know to stop it because my eyes are open. This isnt fog thats clouding it. Its real and it has to change.
So much for going out on my 21st in 2 weeks. Im going to be in bed and hide away from the world.
I hope that with all these reality 'checks' something good will come of this but I dont have that faith anymore.
I dont know what else to do
thats ok @MDT i honestly dont know what to say either. im so screwed up that i cant even handle my reality of life
