@outlander 😞

I know when I am having a really, really hard time, thinking about my "reality" can be hard. Lots of times for me though, what I think is my reality at the time, is a picture of my life that has been clouded or tainted by the troubles I've faced.

It makes it seem impossible to focus on anything other than the "bad". It makes it hard for me to see my potential, or believe things can change, or find the good etc.

I don't know if there's a chance that's what may be happening for you too. It can be very hard to try and face "reality" when we're not in a headspace that allows us to separate our feelings with the facts, is what I am trying to say.

Either way, sending you big love because it's tough right now.

Re: when is it time for hospital

well earlier today i dont really know how it happened or got into it but started talking about life. it became very psetting for me and was glad it ended quickly. an agonising 10 mintues of admitting things in my life like never dated, dont have any friends, i have hardly any savings and a few others things but things.

in short heres bits of the conversation of what i addmitted and realised:

  • i dont have friends and the ones i thought i had are rubbing it in they are glad im not with them anymore.
  • i dont have relationships with my family
  • i have never really dated at all
  • im isolated
  • i dont enjoy anything and the big part of my life has gone and that was the horses.

other things that are noe my reality and thoughts swirling around are:

  • i have a few chronic pain and physical illnesses
  • im doped up to the eyeballs in medications so can even manage daily living
  • the weight ive gained is atrocious and im seriously considering going off all medications
  • even if i wanted to date i dont talk to people and i doubt i could handle a relationship anyway
  • even if i wanted to make new friends i have no idea where i would start because theres nothing im interested in that involves young people

in amongst this mess i cancelled my psychologist, gp appointments, psychiatrists and it all blew up because i hate my life and i hate the way it is and i ahvent got a clue how the fk im suppose to change any of this

and im a blubbering mess yet again so am going to go and calm down before i can even think of anything else

That's a big list of really hard things @outlander. When you put it all together like that it is understandable that it feels overwhelming.
