My stomach hurts pretty bad now from this and the more distressed i am the worse my muscles tense making sutures worse 😞
Already taken meds. They dont help for sleep

I'm not going to talk specifics @outlander as I feel it would not be good for anyone if I do. My point is less about what someone may or may not have said/done/not said, and more that I can hear that you are hurting and feeling the effect of it, and that I recognise that's important.
