@outlanderwho do you think you have upset?
If you can't help someone at the moment then that is ok. We need to deal with what is happening in our own lives before we can help someone else.
That is what is so great about this forum. If someone cannot help another person, then there are lots of others who can step in and help that person.

Its fine. Dont worry about it. Ill get over it. I hate when this happens. Its a trigger for me. The way they write makes it sound as if its my fault they are feeling the way they are so now i dont know what to do @Sans911 @Former-Member @Former-Member @Queenie

I don't know @outlander like @Sans911 where you are coming from? If you do trigger someone it's not you,it's how that person is feeling.

@outlanderi am sure whatever has happened is not your fault. Sometimes when we are already heightened we can become upset by things that would normally not upset us.
