@outlander STOP being so hard on yourself. I have just gotten out of bed, done nothing, kids have had to fend for themselves and I do not care and they are MY KIDS.
These are not your kids. So what if you have just sat on the couch. What is wrong with that? Is the oldest one there? Isn't she 14, she is old enough to look after the younger ones and keep them entertained, it is not just up to you.
So stay on the couch, the rest can wait.
I am moving from the bed to my couch. My washing can wait, the dishes can wait and tonight the kids are having two minute noodle, and I don't really care. Because right know I need to look after myself and SO DO YOU💗💗💗

@outlander I'm not trying to upset you by saying this, but what does your mother usually do with your sisters during the holidays? Do the girls help your Mum with anything at all? Or is up to you? It sounds like you need to tell your sisters you really aren't well, put on a dvd for them and go have a lie down for a bit. They'll be fine.

Im ringing mum and telling her to get her arse home. Dont wait till tomorrow arvo to leave friggin leave today cause i cant take all this anymore

@outlander I know you don't want to do this and it was suggested I think by @Sans911 already, but I think it might be time for you to go to the hospital. I don't want to tell you what to do, but I think you need some help now💗💗
