Everything is overwhelming. I have ao many things i need to do yet i havent moved off the lounge except to take youngest outside for abit. Im frustrated because i cant do anything but i have ao many things to do. And the kids are constablty right there. Im breathing kids and its really getting to me.
I dont know how much longer i can hold myself together. I cant do it anymore.
My life is gone to shite.

@outlander tell me in a list what is the most urgent things that need doing. List them in order of priority from top to bottom. If there is anything you sisters can help you with put an s next to that.
