I feel really sick 😞 and worn down and yukky
I thought it was just starting to pick up but my body says otherwise. Ive just taken the antibiotics i need them to kick in right now eould be good. They are strong and i have to take them 3 times a day 😞
This was an infevtion down stairs and now this.
Im really starting to think my body doesnt want me to get better either that or its trying to tell me something

I had dinner too @Pepsimax and i feel worse since ive eaten. I always get worse at night esp after dinner its really annoying!
What did you get up to today?
I did the horse, went to appointment then thr horse again then another appointment then i was suppose to do the horse again but didn't

And tomorrow i gotta do horse psychiatrist horse then depending on how i feel might go to the shops

Ask the doctor or consider outlander buying vitamin B,or a multivitamin.You may need gut health like prebiotics when you are taking a series of drugs particularly strong antibiotics.
