I only had one dose of pain relief.and times now up. I cant go out now and shops are shut ao im in for a shite night

@Bubbles3 you're very welcome to stay on the forums. It's when you get are as distressed as you are, SANE gives you helpline numbers so you can actually talk to a person. The forums are a good place to talk about our troubles, our struggles and our highs and lows of life. But they can't fix the kind of distress you're in. People on the forums are your peers. We have no formal training in mental health so we often help each other by our lived experience. I can see life is really, really hard for you and your emotions are all over the place. Everyone cares very much about you @Bubbles3, but it's sometimes hard to help you when youre so overwhelmed. Please know you are cared about so much, but sometimes you need help outside the forums to help reduce your level of distress and to keep you safe. Take care ok

@Bubbles3 you've absolutely nothing to be sorry for. Everyone can see how much distress you're in. Never apologise for being human or being alive. Everyone here wants to help you. You are very important and there's a reason you are here. I hope in time you can look back at these moments and see how much love there is for you. And that love is trying to care for you, and trying to protect you. It's trying to help you to stabilise by asking you to get the best help possible for you. That means professional help. Someone you can talk to, who understands your distress and can help you make some sense of it all. And someone who understands how to calm your distress, and bring you some much needed peace. The forum members will always be here for you @Bubbles3. We're the thread that holds our fragile selves together, and there's always room for more
