when do you find its time to go to hospital?

@outlanderYes hun, it can be tiring, you did brilliantly. You can find urge surfing on you tube if you want to practice, and maybe mention it to your pyschologist. For you, it's probably safer to do when you aren't in any great distress. The idea is by noticing the sensations, they gradually decrease. Get tucked into bed now lil Sis, and get some much needed rest.

Sorry i fell asleep. It really drained me but on the plus side i slept right through the night. Haven't had that for a long while.

I was reading along somewhere and was reading that you think you made someone worse.
I want you to know that you did help me last night. Urge surfing isnt an easy thing to do and not everyone can do it. You were only trying to help others and your intentions are never to make others worse.
Others here have to be responsible for themselves too. Its up to them what they take on board, how they act etc. Sometimes we jump on an active thread not really knowing what to expect . Sometimes it really works to their advantage other times not so much.
But you are NOT to blame at all. Please know your intentions are always good and never to hurt others.
I also know that this wouldve played on your mind but im hoping after reading this and what others have written in regards to this itll help ease your mind
