@outlanderTake your focus off the pain a little, and shift it back to breathing. Count up to 4 to breath in, try to hold for 3, then count out to 5 on breathing out. If you are finding this too much, then shift your focus to one of the other sensations.

@Former-MemberIf you feel like there are bricks weighing down on your chest, try to feel what it is like to have someone remove them, ever so gently. Feel the weight being lifted, one brick at a time. Keep focusing on your breathing, slowing inhaling, holding for a couple of secs and exhaling slowly. Don't rush anything, don't force the sensations, just notice them there and imagine someone who loves you very, very much removing those bricks.

@outlanderI am doing okay, the sensation in my chest is easing a little, but going through this exercise with you both is forcing me to be calm and focused. My tongue is still dry, I probably need a drink. I'll sort that soon. My SI/SH thoughts have gone a little quieter, which is good

@outlander you are doing great, as I was a little worried there for a bit. If you want to keep going, lets move on to the next one. Whenever you've had enough, tell me, as we will come out of this slowly and safely, so your ok, alright.
