Well done @outlander .... ❣️
You're getting through the steps beautifully.
Just make a note of the sense of achievement that comes with that as well .... allow yourself to feel it for a moment ..... you will register the memory of it as something to come back to ..... like a anchor.
You begin to return again and again to that sense of achievement in the little things.

Good afternoon @Appleblossom
I can respond better now..
yes unfortuantley the bad news never stops but as F &H has said ive got to try and use it to build resilience and keep going. Even small steps can be overwhelmimg arent they. Its like I know I have to do this but I cant do it and feel stuck so then have to break it down even smaller to the smallest steps possible to make them just that bit more manageable.
I knew this wasnt going to be good. I went to get it checked before but im an idiot and as my bathroom is set up the opposite to the gp office I got her to check the wrong side and it had changed in the week id had to wait to see her again. I just wasnt expecting this. It really has 'knocked me for 6' as they say.
No not really tbh in regards to the mood stabilisers.... but after what youve written yes now I do.
Oh im sure theres a lot more people who find even getting out of a car overwhelming. Im sure I can share many other things that you would relate to, in fact im sure this whole thread would reveal them... but in short your not alone and never thnk you are ![]()
