You job now, when you are feeling negative, is to reframe the statements you say to yourself using more positive language @outlander. It will take alot of practice but it is possible - you have shown that tonight.

My headaches are still severe though not migraines. Im seeing my gp tomorrow as the severity of them are bothering me as they are constantly there and don't respond to normal pain relief so getting checked again
