Yes @Bubbles3,I have chatted to the sane chatline.I felt I needed hospital yesterday because of my numbness.Its not easy when we are so lost.🚶

whenever you feel like this you can vent away on here to your hearts content...
stay where you are if it helps and focus just on the room you are in
recently i had a spate of depressive suicidal thoughts and felt sh was the only way to deal with it
i had to sit through it and let it endure... i was exhausted afterwards..

@MDT I think this is an appropriate thread for @Bubbles3 to express feelings - especially when talking about if hospital is a choice to make as the title asks this question. But @Bubbles3 if you feel like you can't express yourself here then another thread is ok to start too.

@outlander you don't deserve this at all, and you're not a burden, not to me anyway. And I don't think you're a burden in the real world. People depend on your skills and kindness to care for their horses. Can you call a support service about your SH urges? I feel a little helpless to know how to help you overcome this. But I'm still here if you need to talk. I really wish you wouldn't SH. Its really sad to hear you feel this way, but I understand.
