when is it time for hospital

Just start somewhere @Former-Member ..... at least that's what I do ..... and think of it like Lego blocks if you can ...... just start picking up blocks and putting them back into place every time your Lego castle falls down.

Yes it is @Former-Member i deal with many in one day and its quite annoying and upsetting.
Ill give your method a go as well.
I havent started much with my psych as yet. Ihave asked for help with them but i needed to clear up some surface stuff first. I rang a helpline and they just told me to use distractions

I have though about tafe @Former-Member but im.not really one for that yet. I dont do well in social things and ive got too many other things on atm todo that so online suits me as i can do it all hours of the night if need be. .

Are you not enjoying your studies? Or is there just so much you cant keep up? Have you thought about maybe devising a plan as i did for the terminology course? My plan is still up if youd like to take a look and see if its something you'd be up for?

That's okay, if it's a goal of yours you'll know when you're ready.
With uni, I'm just sooo far behind and there are so many assessments and deadlines. What I need to do is negotiate with my lecturers about reasonable extensions and just keep on going. If I could drop a subject I would, but I'm on Austudy so I need to be full time. The other problem is being effective and motivated and not tired. I spent all weekend sleeping, so I'm not tired anymore, but it's just I've got 30 things to do and only a certain number of hours to do it in. And if I'm not concentrating, there's little point in doing it at all. I'm avoiding my lecturers at the moment, which isn't very mature of me. I just don't want to admit how far behind I am.
Like @Faith-and-Hope said, I just need to take it one thing at a time, and at least that way I'm making some progress.

Remember to take breaks and add rewards in for yourself after each assignment.

I didnt think i was gojng to finish theae courses in time as i had the car accident and thrn migraines for a week. I know when my depression is low i can concentrate either. Sounds the same for you too 💜 💜

Okay @outlander, my study plan for today is:
1. Read through remaining HIV modules 5-13 (2 hours)
2. Listen to 2 Health Promotion lectures (4-5 hours)
3. Read through Epidemiology Weeks 2 and 3. (3 hours)
Hmmmmm..... 10 hours. It's going to be a LOOONG day!

No. 1 is done. But it took 3 hours not 2!
On to the next task! 🙂
