when do you find its time to go to hospital?
im debating whether its the right move for me

That dream sounds scary. Since I have started medications my dreams have been horrendous!! I would definitely get in trouble if I described them on here. Let's just say they are very vivid and not unlike a graphic war or scary movie. Tell your doctor on Friday. Lots of ADs have the side effect of vivid dreams. Even one that I'm taking doesn't have the side effect specified but I know it's the tablet because I have tried the tablet before a few years ago and had the exact same thing. Every single night. I have kind of learnt to deal with it because I feel so much better all day with the tablets. But initially I couldn't which is why I stopped taking the tablet in the first place.
Do you think it's something you can learn to cope with? When you wake up are you able to go "ok, just another one of those silly dreams"? Is that something you could work on? xxx

You need to make a change to your life outlander,whether it's a small one or gradual to relieve the frustration that leads you to SH.I know it's hard,and won't be easy.We want to hear tonight something you did positive today.

If you are having bad dreams on drugs it's a reaction to them and a negative one.I tried a AD years ago which made me sleep too much and bad nightmares.Thats not help.

And yes many of mine are alot worse and very graphic
I have them both on and off medications it hasnt seemed to make a difference yet
I dont know where or how to start making small changes thats the problem

Outlander,
You have two options 1. You can either start helping yourself by gaining some kind of independence whether it is just having the ability to say "Well I'm off now!" or popping out to the library,movies etc.2.Go to the hospital today and admit yourself because if you can't do option 1 going by the your symptoms including lack of appetite,sleep,Self harm, inability to make decisions,lack of insight,the environment etc.You are not safe outlander.You have been on sane a few days now and there has been little change in your thought process with the constant ",I can't".We all have similar problems,and severe helplessness a lot of mine is life experiences but for a twenty year old you need to take the first steps to begin your life whatever option you take.

Ive just finished cleaning 2 paddocks feeding watering snd treating the sick horse. Im at home now i just put big bang theory on for a bit im not really watching it though

Hey @outlander I was thinking we could rewatch the OC or Revenge? I think I stopped watching revenge halfway through season 2 because I worked shift work in the hospital (could never watch a Rv series on telly cos I worked a rotating roster) Desperate Housewives was also a good one that I had to stop watching. Or there's Dawson's creek!

Yes I'm leaning towards the OC because I can't remember much about it. Can you get someone to get it for you on DVD?
