when is it time for hospital

I think trying to sleep is a good idea. If you have a stretchy blanket, try to warp the blanket firmly over your shoulders (like a shawl) , sometimes this can be helpful.

If you find that you cant sleep, try to rest, you body needs to rest. If you canget yourself into a relaxed mind state too that would be helpful for you. Im finishing up soon but the next moderator will come on. Please try and rest

I had a friggin scary dream last night! It was scary! I cant believe half the crap my brain makes up!

@outlander what happened in your dream you don't have to say if you don't want to I have doctors appointments today my support worker is taking me today

We were in a hotel but the room was already taken so we packed up and changed the rooms like you would do.

Later that day after settling in someone came in and said that i needed to go with them but the rest of family could stay and continue doing what they were doing.

When we were leaving i asked what it was about and she said we have to go see the wolf. This one was a nice wolf. though but could talk like in movies. He was a light grey type of colour But we didnt finish there. We had to go aee another wolf and this one was in behind a cage behind a secret wall in the communal bathroom. This one was black and had a few scars on his face.
So we all went into the bathroom including the other wolf. Im not even sure why we were there but in the end they said if you dont want to see this go lock yourself in a bathroom cubicle and you be safe from there.
These doors had a large gap under neath the door and as i seen paw prints come under the door . The grey ones so i thought it was ok i was still safe. Then i seen black paw prints so i stood up on the toilet seat . They proceeded to keep walking up amd down the isle until finally they put their heads under each side of the walls but they kept coming in. Snaking under the door and they turned on me and started snarling at me so i was looking for an escape but icouldnt find one so i was headed for the top of the stall wall but the black one jumped up and grabbed my foot and began pullig downwards.

I didnt see the rest as i woke up


I was just writing it @Pepsimax thanks for caring. I did have to edit it abit though. Im pretty sure it goes with the guidelines now....
