when is it time for hospital

@outlander my cat is fine now. He's sleeping at the end of the bed; totally chilled. He was a bit unsettled when we got home, then he came up on the bed and rubbed my face as if he was apologising. Sweet boy.

Yes I generally can't have my phone off for too long, but for different reasons. I'm back under the care of the community mh team, who call me regularly. If I miss a couple of calls & don't respond they'll come to my home with the police! I've had that a couple of times already. That's one aspect of my BPD when it gets out of control.

My gut problems are possibly caused by the amount of medication I've recently ingested which might have irritated my stomach lining. I've got more tests to come yet, but back to GP next week or emergency if things get work.

So the young and the old will battle on together huh?! Oh, we make a right pair don't we 😂. Dear me. I hope you get some rest sweet. Don't expect too rapid a recovery. I know it's frustrating for you, but like your foot don't push too soon or it'll just take longer.

Im.glad your cats fine now @Sans911 when our pets are upset it affects us greatly too ontop of what we already deal with but im glad hes ok now.All the meds youve ingested? You didnt try and overdos3 did you...?Haha yes we make a right bloody pair. I just want to be better. I didnt need this ontop of everything else. Its set me back. And the less i do the more upset it makes me. I feel like a couch sloth rolling in pain. I hate it and i hate not being able to be like i usually am

Unfortunately I don't have an answer, because everyone is so different.

Maybe other members have some suggestions though and it's just about trying a variety of things - both what your peers and what your support team suggest.

Keep on testing out different strategies until you find what works for you.

@outlander I was in hospital a couple of weeks ago. I can't really say more as it's not encouraged in the guidelines of these forums. I want to be better too, but it's really difficult some days. Right now I can just take a little step at a time, moment by moment.
