I am trying CB and bloody hard but im not getting anywhere except in circles and circles and circles
I wouldnt know what it looks like either. The last time I just ried to be it was friggin painful. As in real pain like shakes and pain running through me urging me to just do it. I dont know if thats a goot place to be. Its not random and its not airy fairy either, your giving your perspective and I kow many just 'be' in these times but when I did just let it be thats how my body reacted and its ahrd to ignore. I dont think itll ever change CB and thats what scares the shite out of me. That I cant make it change and im scared of it all

im running out of options for medications- the one im on now is pretty much the last one extept one other which again I cant break so I have to learn to eithr take them or live with out them
my last Ads were able to be broken in half and also they were disolvable so I didnt have trouble taking them. With these ones theres not other options except to take them and they said they were small so I accepted them but they arent

im staying right here for now i cant keep sticking my foot in it this is the second time this has happened and i cant take it and at the moment im likeley to explode and yell if i dont keep it under the hat atm

and this stupid SH i just want to give in to it

i dont know where this middle thing is that cheerbear and phoenix_rising is talking about it but i wish i coudl figure it out but i cant and at the moment if i get into that stage i will just sh
