jsut spent the last 20 minutes in the shower having a panic attack and throwing up becasue my sexual abuse memeories come up. i cant write properly
i can hardly breathe
will this ever end
i cant stop this memories it wont go away
im going to be sick
i dont know what to do why wont it go away

i want to be better but yet again i wont be and i dont know what else to do.
i ahvent had this many panic attacks for ages and now im having one almost everyday again

@outlander,I haven't had a great day either had severe distress,I think it's a form of panic,where I can't stop,plus a bit of Psychosis,feeling that I'm not alone which terrifies me as it's very controlling.Plus the reality of my life I feel like I'm not in my body if you know what I mean.All we can do is ride it out.But it does take the energy away.

Remember that thoughts are just thoughts, and these feeling will pass. Can you call Lifeline to talk it through with someone, or maybe give yourself a break from the forums and watch something nice on tv @outlander ?

i contacted them they told me to ring beyond blue becasue its anxiety im dealing with but i said it was the flashbacks not the anxiety and becasue of my home situation i cant ring them
my myflashbacks are still there and im still feeling sick
but im too worn down to fight them
i guess i jsut let them flow. i cant keep fighting it. im so tired

@outlander, I found beyond blue to be pretty good. Why not give them a try?
Or put on a movie and try and watch that? I find putting on one of my favourite movies and blasting the sound in my headphones helpful.
