Everything keeps piling on top of me @Sans911 Ive got appointment after appointment and every time i go something else gets added to the list. So far just this year ive been diagnosed with bad eyesight requiring reading glasses mild scoliosis a slipped disk a hip that decides to twist and rotate osteoarthritis in two different joints tenosynovitis and the scary one hpv. The MH conditions of anxiety depression complex ptsd and bpd as well as grief .And these new tablets i take make me feel like someones grabbing my insides and twisting them into knots.
Its never ending!!
Yes i work 2 jobs. Most days i work 16hrs and sleep 4 hrs if im lucky. Plus studies. Im doing everything that only needs to be done in each day. The tasks i mean.
And end of September early October mum and her bf are going on holidays and leaving me with the kids for the whole week and its school holidays.
Yeah i had dinner not really hungry though. And thanks ❤❤

Re: when is it time for hospital
@outlander Wow, that is a lot to contend with at a young age. Phew! But you've possibly noticed that mh and other medical conditions go hand in hand, and usually exacerbate each other. I know it might sound lame, but just do the best you can. No one, not even you can do more than that. You definitely need a physio to help with your muscoloskeletal issues. You'll be surprised after a few sessions that things will settle down. And they will give exercises to do at home. Yeah, yeah more stuff to do, but it's super important to get on top of it now otherwise it'll be a bigger issue later.
And you need way more than 4hours sleep, especially if you have injuries. 4hours is abominable. Why do you need to work 16hours a day? No wonder you feel broken hun. Ive been reading about this upcoming holiday & I think it's damn unfair that you are looking after your sisters. I know you love them very much, but they are not your responsibility. When you're a parent, you can't give up your responsibilities because you want time away from them.
I know you have a supportive GP, so can you tell them the medication youre taking is making you feel so ill. There's so much choice in medicines out there that must be a better fit.
Please take care of yourself Outlander, you are so precious and important, even if you don't think so. All I see from your posts is a beautiful young woman who cares deeply about many things, but puts others needs well before her own. You matter so much, and there is a special place waiting for you in this world when you untangle yourself from the ties that bind you. I'm here for you @outlander anytime sweet pea.

Re: when is it time for hospital
@Sans911 ❤ Yes i have noticed mh and pain go hand in hand. They arent a great pair to deal with are they. Im trying my best i think but it doesnt seem enough. It never does.
Ill take a look for a physio in my area maybe a specialist. I dont mind putting in abit more effort for exercises as most of the time i can do them while waiting around or doing other jobs.
16 hours includes the kids in the morning, caring for pop snd house work etc for him, my second job that takes around 4 hours sometimes alot more depending on client requests, having the kids in the arvo and still looking after pop. Then ive got to fit studies in generally about 8ish after i get home. 4 hrs of sleep is better than the 2 hours i was getting. Ive had quite a few nights where i didnt sleep at all.
Yes this upcoming holiday has me worried. Im trying to get things sorted. But its coming up wayy to quick for my liking.
I hope that my life doesnt remain like this. It isnt ideal at all. I just struggle everyday and i cant do anything about it.
I went from a healthy looking ok person to someone who keeps having breakdowns, ending up in psych wards, continuous appointments and various injuries and illnesses and 3 different meds but 5 tablets. how the heck did that happen!!! 😞😞😞
Im suppose to be biting the bullet today and speaking to mum about needing help but shes angry at me for some reason
And i just got my vet bill for my sick horse and its 1500$$ !!!!!!!!!

Re: when is it time for hospital
sorry about your sick horse @outlander that must be making things hard. can you set up a payment plan so you dont have to pay it all at once? as for your mother maybe see if you can find out why she is upset and then decide if now is a good time to talk or not.
