Good night Claire 🙂 @outlander![]()
Nothing lasts forever, not the bad times, not the good times. I think one of the tricks is to remember that, even when we feel good it's realistic to know it won't last forever, but then when we feel bad we can rely on the knowledge that it won't last forever either. Particularly those of us with neurobiological reasons that exasperate those changes.
Sleep well and peace be with you.
Lots of love and hugs,
Niqua

Yes it's not a great feeling outlander, can't describe it when you don't know what to do with yourself it's like you are being haunted.Got a quote for tyres earlier in the week ,when I paid him yesterday it was 60 more than quoted on the phone and clarified by me several times.I paid it but complained to tell him I had a problem with their service. He then said because I told his wife I paid more two years ago ,that seemed to justify their price.I SMS when I got home because he had the hide to give me a bundle of business cards, after me telling me I wasn't happy, put them in the bin ,can't recommend them because I was deceived.
Apparently, his wife lied to him,he told me I didn't hear her right, which I did and I repeated it back to her and she clarified it.I received 5 or more abusive texts which stressed me out he stopped the final text when I said I'd have to get the Police.Putting it back on the customer I told him isn't good or the way he dealt with it.I paid it,but a quote to me is the price you expect. Then I spent the next hour or so in the mechanics because my car was leaking oil because a mechanic who done the oil change, pinched the o ring on the cap which broke it and I was close to my engine blowing up because of no oil.He apologized and paid the bill without me asking.Yes I had a bad day outlander, with my elderly mother deterioratng on top and depression ,anxiety and hormones.Dealing with life and people is hard.

Yes it really stressed me,this guy I never went to before, but the way he kept the texts coming accusing me of "pulling a stunt"when I paid the amount when I knew it wasn't the quote given wasn't Tuesday I would conduct myself in a business. The sad part is his wife lied to him so there is obviously problems there. As I said to him I simply pointed out a problem they need to avoid in the future.I was highly strung, makes you nervous when they threaten you in that way where you question yourself.I never had that problem before, hope I never do again neither.

Hi @outlander
I have read back on your thread and people have written so really good suggestions here for your new life
Yes - I know you have anxiety - that is because you are changing the status quo and it feels uncomfortable - but stick to your plans - you are not your sisters' keeper and the dogsbody for anyone - you are a valuable and worthwhile person - very kind too - and this shows up in what you write - but you are entitled to your own life and your own decisions
It's up to your mother and her boyfriend about their jobs - they have choices - ah sheesh - your mother could pay you for all you do at home - that would make a difference - I used to pay my daughter to do some chores about the place when I was working - she was younger than you and rapt to have so much pocket money she actually earned
So hold your position and be kind - yes - as you are looking after the kids next week I think - and taking them to the movies next Saturday - and kids today can be entitled and precious - so finding ways to occupy themselves is a good idea -
It seems things have changed quite a bit and now it's up to you to make sure you don't fall back
And - also I read the post where you tagged me - your mother telling you to lie about what happened the day you went into hospital - that has to be a crime - people need to be honest - I am glad you stuck to your honesty - and that is not at all easy when your mother tells you to lie - wow - some mother!!!
I am glad you are back - and the people here obviously care a lot about you - and so do I
Lots of virtual hugs
