Thank you for the link @Former-Member,
I think I may have read that before but it was helpful to read it again. Saved the link this time so I can come back to it.

@Determined
I have no experience with children and Mr Darcy's personality disorder is NOS so doesn't have borderline but I so wish there was something I could do to help you Bro.

Weekend leave cancelled @soul @Former-Member may change in the morning but unlikely.
Just tried explaining how I am feeling but was not very constructive so I will just leave lt at Im strugglin at the moment.
Was thinking this morning it would make life easier if she stayed down there, it is much harder than I thought it would be. Now I feel guilty that I thought that and more so that I dont have the emotional strength for a visit. Hasn't sunk in for the boys yet, dont know how that will go tomorrow.

Not fair to leave her down there by herself, dont know what to do.
Her parents could go to visit and even take the boys but they dont need to see her like this and she would only clash with her dad. I am concerned how he would cope with her like this and he would only (inadvertently ) say somthing insensitive and stupid.

Oh @Determined, really feeling for you. Surely this is as low as it gets. You will get through this weekend but you can't wallow in doubt. You will soften the blow for the boys by spending some time with them doing something you all like. You'll get some uni work done. Keep busy so you don't think about your Darling too much. She will cope.
The decision has been made so move on. If you need to talk about what you are feeling or anything else, we are here for you.

Can her Mum just visit her? Would that be okay? Your kind and loving nature makes you think about your Darling's loneliness but it will only be temporary. Soon she will be on the road to recovery and happier days @Determined

Dont know what to say or where to start @soul
So sad all I want to do is cry.😭😭😭😭
I would ask mum to come and stay but she has foster children for the weekend. Just need a 'real' hug from someone but there is noone. Cant even call anyone because I cant talk at the moment.
