Now, where did you say we were up to? J, I think it was:
J = journaling; joyfulness (sometimes I see glimmers of hope of how life might be, and this keeps me putting one foot in front of the other) ; jelly beans, the ones you get from the chemist that provide such a sugar hit
K = kindness towards self and others
