Checking In

I thought I would start a thread for myself and other members to check in. I thought also needed a thread for myself after being in hospital recently too. Hope its helpful for others too.

I had not so bad today, my anxiety levels are less and feeling a bit more energentic which I think is good.To me that is a good sign. I have start to put my recovery plan in to action from my hospital admission. Tomorrow I think my staffy dog will be needing surgery, she had had another mast cell tumour. I truly feel for her, she has been fighting this cancer for almost four years, she is so strong and courgeous.

This week I have a specialist appointment twice and seeing my other Doctor once this week. I think with me and Kira I am going to have a busy week.

I had a good day today. I was on the go most of the day and think that was good for me. I am going to Brisbane tomorrow for the day.

Hi everyone from across the ditch! It is a day of rain and roaring wind...but I moved from dear old sunburnt Oz as I LOVE the colour green, rain, and running waterways! I never tire of it. The autumn leaves are all blowing away (another reason to love it here)

As I sit here at the computer, I can hear the occasional snore from my cat who is resting in her window seat....no she has moved to in front of the fire! I hope the feral boy I feed is DRY....I made him a cozy place in the garage but he is an ungrateful lout!

I get enormous satisfaction in being in a cosy safe little place I can call my own. Hope you all have a lovely day wherever you are.

I did one cleaning job this morning and then went food shopping for us and my mum

I brought mum some new nighties which she loved ---- aaaaaaa

Just reading your message sis @Shaz51. Your a good daughter- I just bought my mum new sheets for her bed and other things she needs. I love doing it for her
