I thought I would start a thread for myself and other members to check in. I thought also needed a thread for myself after being in hospital recently too. Hope its helpful for others too.

I had not so bad today, my anxiety levels are less and feeling a bit more energentic which I think is good.To me that is a good sign. I have start to put my recovery plan in to action from my hospital admission. Tomorrow I think my staffy dog will be needing surgery, she had had another mast cell tumour. I truly feel for her, she has been fighting this cancer for almost four years, she is so strong and courgeous.

This week I have a specialist appointment twice and seeing my other Doctor once this week. I think with me and Kira I am going to have a busy week.

Oh dear - you and your friend from hospital let loose at the Commonwealth Games together - now that would be an event in its own right to watch

Sounds like Trouble is very well looked after my german shepherd eats the same sort of things. I dont think I could ever own another dog after having 3 german shepherds, they are very unique as dogs very close to human behavior at times.

We are the same in the sense that we are very conscious of feeding him well and keeping his weight down to avoid hip displaysia and all that.

So have you got 2 dogs? I'm gathering Kira is a staffy too?

What have you been up to today?Yes Kira is well looked after. Kira & trouble are the same dog.

@Sahara I think exercise is really good for your health & mind. I hope you can do a walk like this too.
