Checking In

I thought I would start a thread for myself and other members to check in. I thought also needed a thread for myself after being in hospital recently too. Hope its helpful for others too.

I had not so bad today, my anxiety levels are less and feeling a bit more energentic which I think is good.To me that is a good sign. I have start to put my recovery plan in to action from my hospital admission. Tomorrow I think my staffy dog will be needing surgery, she had had another mast cell tumour. I truly feel for her, she has been fighting this cancer for almost four years, she is so strong and courgeous.

This week I have a specialist appointment twice and seeing my other Doctor once this week. I think with me and Kira I am going to have a busy week.

Aching does not sound good. Hoping there is something you can/have taken to feel a bot better. This cold weather wouldn't be helping either

Hi @Shaz51 Have seen that Mr Shaz doesn't want to do anything tomorrow - I hope he changes his mind tomorrow morning and you can enjoy at least some of the day with family. Hoping also your mum is okay and gets out of the house also
