I'm so glad you are feeling better, @utopia. And now you have a comfy bed, too.
I was sad to read that you have worthlessness, hopelessness and helplessness in your thinking pattern. But now, at least you are aware of this, right? You can catch yourself when you realise that one (or all) of these these negative concepts is present. You can turn things around.
One thing I have learnt during my journey with MI is that no matter how low I am feeling, that there is always something I can do to improve my mood.... even if it is a very small thing that leads to a very small improvement. It could be a very simple and easy thing, like putting on some relaxing music and lighting a candle, then rugging myself up in blankets so as I feel secure. Ok- I realise this doesn't solve any problems, but if it can make me feel a little bit better, then I am more likely to do the next good thing to help myself.
One good thing tends to pave the way for more good things and by the end of the day, I might have achieved something significant- like making a difficult phone call or answering a difficult email. So then I can prove to myself that I am not helpless, I am actually capable, even though it is hard.
