So I arrived here at midday today.
Feeling a bit lost. Everything is so ... strange.
Not sure what to do now.
Starting to get a bit anxious. A bit teary. Trying hard not to think, or to feel.
Wishing I had a bourbon or some chips or junk food. Something to keep me busy and not feeling.

@My Hospital Stay I hear you. Teary seems to be my crutch suddenly it just appears from nowhere.
I too am trying to vanish my thoughts with food not strong enough as yet say NO.
Today the chip, bikkies and soft drink may win but tomorrow is another day.

@utopia, I'm disgusted in the Mental Health Care Systems inability to provide adequate community support for you, especially after being. in hospital. Why should you / we have to fight every inch of the way? So glad your mum is speaking up for you, this will make a difference
